  1. What kind of membership options do you provide?
    Membership options are based on the number of times you want to come per week. We offer 1,2,3 or unlimited times a week memberships. We also offer a flat rate drop in price so members can come more often, or work around their schedules.
  2. What is Interval training?
    A type of physical training that involves a series of low to high intensity exercises with rest periods in between. Interval Training helps burn more calories and increase cardiovascular endurance, while decreasing the actual amount of time working out.
  3. Will lifting weights make me muscular?
    Women’s bodies are not designed to be as muscular as men. Most women believe that lifting weights is dangerous, bad for your joints, and will make you look muscular. In reality it’s the exact opposite. Lifting weights will help with weight loss, tone up your body, while strengthening your joints, and bones.
  4. I have no exercise experience, will I be able to do the workout?
    Absolutely!!! No experience necessary. Our Certified personal trainers are here to help 100% of the way. We will guide you through every exercise, and make sure you’re doing everything properly. Women with a medical history are asked to check with a Doctor before coming in.
  5. Can I just come in whenever I want?
    Training sessions are scheduled beforehand. You can book an appointment by using our online scheduler, calling the gym, or dropping by. If theirs a spot available we will give it to you.
  6. Do I have to follow a meal plan?
    Nutrition and exercise go hand and hand. We encourage members starting out to follow a meal plan so they see results. No one is forced to do anything they don’t feel comfortable with. We understand how hard nutrition can be, that’s why we have many tips and tricks to show you to help change your lifestyle into a healthy.
  7. What’s the importance of having a personal trainer?
    Having a personal trainer is important in preventing injury, maximizing results, and keeping you accountable. Personal trainers offer support, while keeping your workout fresh and new. Our trainers want to see you reach your goals while building a personal relationship.
  8. How long is a session?
    A session is 60 minutes long covering stretching, resistance training, and cardio training.
  9. Can I have one on one training?
    The sessions are designed for 1-4 women, depending on the availability you could be getting 1-1 training for the same price. There will never be more then 4 members per 1 trainer.
  10. How do I schedule a session online?
    Scheduling a session is really easy. Just go on line if you are a member already just log in and pick an available time. If you’re not a member yet click on the free trial tab to book a session.
  11. What are your hours?
      Monday – Friday

    • 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
    • 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
    • Saturday – Sunday

    • 8:00 am- 1:00 pm

What is Do It Right Fitness?

Do It Right Fitness is a small group training facility for women offering personal training at an affordable price. Do It Right’s workouts are designed to give each member the education and training they need to feel confident.

Our workouts will build your strength, cardio, and flexibility, all in 60 minutes. Workout 1, 2, or 3+ times a week, depending on your schedule and preference.
